Here is a necklace I just finished. I had the idea a year ago to add some festive cord and bells to some of the Santa ornaments I carve, to make necklaces. It was a way to present the ornaments in a slightly different way and I sell quite a few each year. But when I saw the contest theme, I decided to make one that was a little more elaborate with the carved elves, and presents and such. This just doesn’t catch your eye, it kinda reaches out and grabs you! It’s a little over the top, like some of the Christmas sweaters you see! The beads are handcarved from basswood and handpainted with acrylics. The finish is polyurethane. Thanks for looking!

I think that would be a perfect gift. Thanks for the idea, consider it hi-jacked.
Glad the knives are holding up :-)

Thanks all! Grizz, I haven’t been that skinny in 30+ years! My wife thought our daughter would make a better model for the necklace than me!
