This was a jewelry chest/ treasure chest I made for my daughter for Christmas. Is made from walnut and finished with 3 costs of tung oil and paste wax

Looks great, got any pics of the inside. It looks like a solid piece of wood…...very neat and clean lines.

The pics I took of the inside didn’t come out, I don’t know why . The top is a solid piece I I made e by using my tableware to rough out and finishing it up with a micro plane and a sander

Looks good. I like the grain in those sideboards and the way the sides seem to angle inwards at the bottom.

Nice chest ! How big is it ? Looks bigger than it is I imagine (either that or your daughter has a ton of jewelry !).
