A couple months ago I posted pix of a jig I made to make round CBs. Therefore, I thought it would be good to show one of the boards made with the jig. This is a very basic design made with bubinga and maple. The overall diameter is 16” and the work surface is 15”. The board is 1.875” thick. The jig worked very well and was much easier to use for cleaning up the edge than a router bit would have been since I didn’t have to be concerned about climb cuts. As always, please ask any questions and feel free to offer criticism.

Do you have a link to your jig ?
-- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did.

I like it.,.. its Cool! Great job and thanks for the link. I have a bunch of QSWO and Walnut shorts lying around that I am going to us up making a couple of these…. Thanks for sharing!
