This is to be put by our front door. Made of scrap wood from around the shop. Mostly oak. top is made of poplar and the small rail is pine. Ended up painting it because that’s what my wife wanted.

I just finished a bench myself, love your design. Seems we woodworkers have a thing about painting our projects, but if that is what the wife wants….....been there, done that…lol
