Oak Bowl

This is one of about six bowls I have made after my honey do list break. Was able to sell a few of them including this one. Saw a guy with a stack of fire wood and ask him if he would sell me a couple of pieces. He gave me two and said I could have all it wanted but felt bad about taking any more than two. The oak was still green when I turned it and after a while it changes shape and turned out real pretty.

As I posted on the your other bowl, a nice bowl and a much more sensible use of nice wood than to burn it. Living where good hardwoods are rare, it pains me to hear stories like yours.
