Scrap Wood Garden Planter

This is a just a small thing I made up for my wife’s flowers a couple weeks ago. Made out of Cyprus so it lasts some time outside and all scrap wood laying around the shop was used, so really didn’t cost anything extra for me to make. I have the template out for the next one also, just have to get the slats cut. Took about 20 Min. to put together. No sanding or anything, just a quick run through the table planer, then router to make the edges then just nail together.

Looks cool I think for a 20 min. project, I even went the extra mile with the table saw and router to add a few burn edges into some of the slats ha ha

Great idea on the wood scraps. I am sure wife is happy for making the beautiful planter. Great job!
