Is this suppose to be played like a lap steel guitar? Neat design. Don’t believe I have ever saw one like this.

Yes. It is played like a lapsteel. It is built after a Teardrop Hawaiian Guitar from the 30s invented by Hermann Weissenborn.

neat looking guitar. I like the way the neck is integral to the body instead of attached to the body
