used CB designer to make it. The types of wood that i used were mahogany, cherry, maple, and oak. First i cut strips of the wood i needed out and then glued them together. I then cut out the strips and flipped every other one. then i glued them together and sanded. I put many coats of mineral oil on it.

Very nice looking board.
It appears that you must be part of a class doing the same project.
Just for future reference , Oak , especially Red Oak , isn’t recommended for cutting boards due to its porosity. Bacteria gathers in the pores and can contaminate your food.
Best wishes on all of your projects !
