Pinewood derby trophies

Made some trophies from oak and maple for my cub scout pack. Some are are mahogany because I ran out of material.

The cars are hot wheels spray painted gold.

A fun little project that cost me $4 total, because the local lumberyard donated the wood from their milll work cutoffs and the cars where old from neighbors. Much better than a cheapy plastic one from the scout shop.
