made the toy box on the left for my niece. used 1/2 inch plywood…dont really remember the dimensions just looked at a few toy boxes on line and made my own. I do remeber i made the height 12.5 so she’ll be able to reach into the toy box. The one on the right a friend saw it on my facebook page and wanted one for his daughter. it was 36×18 x 24. i used 3/4 mdf board b/c i thought it would be easier to paint. wow was i wrong. make sure to get some primer sealer for mdf or as i learned the paint will absorb into the wood and will run. now i have two more toy boxes to make. no more toy boxes for me for awhile b/c painting them in a cold garage and getting paint all over me is getting tiresome. next project will be a project for ME, making a cart for my dewalt wood planer!
