13 3/4 high and 9in across,257 pieces and my first work in 2013.consists of maple ,black maple veneer, bubinga and walnut legs.influenced by peteg’s work and my first try to suspend a piece of work, wow pete my hat is off to you, where do you sign it?To attach the legs in two places I cut an 1/8 square tendon then curved the sides and top and bottom to suit

It’s going to take quite the flower arrangement to not look shabby in comparison to that beautiful vase.

Very nice. The tripod feature really adds to the beautiful turning.

Wowie Jim, this is a beautifully balanced piece, I love the subtle banding sections highlighted with your flawless joints, not overdone but they just add that real touch of class. The walnut legs make a real statement. Fabulous piece Mate
This has to go Top 3 with out a doubt.
Interestingly I am playing with another One leg with a curved out top on the leg, I have made about a dozen legs but just can’t crack the bottom / base right yet

Very nicely done Jim. Well balanced, and the color is terrific. Your legs also look very nice.
Well done.

I love the flow of the curves and the way the legs follow and extend the vessel curves, very cool, very creative!
