Rustic console table. Fiance found the plans and swore to me that rustic is in. Pine construction grade lumber with pocket hole joinery. Walnut stain base with distress paint overcoat, couple coats of spray poly to seal it.

I like it. And I don’t care if rustic or primitive is “in” or not, it’s how my house is decorated. I love the rustic primitive style.

Tcombad, you did good listenin’ to your wife… she was right. And I’m glad too, because most of my work ends up looking rustic whether I plan it that way or not. :)

I like the piece and I like the way it’s displayed. The blue against the brown floor and yellow wall, the ornate frame above it, the lamp, the shells, the fish.. it all works really well together.

I found your Beachy Rustic Table on Pinterest and it is just what my husband and I are looking for. Where can I get the plans for us to build our own?

I found the plans online, so my husband and I are anxious to make this table, too!
