This was my last project for 2012. I finished it & strung it up last night. It’s a Romeo & Julieta cigar box. Neck is salvaged pine with medium jumbo frets and dulcimer fret spacing. 24 3/4” scale length. Ebony friction tuning pegs. Mojobone rod piezo bridge / pickup. Bone nut. Violin fine tuners. Paired melody string. Tuned D A D. The sound hole was cut out, leaving the lettering as a rosette. The label from inside the lid was removed and mounted inside the sound hole, to add a little color. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoyed building it. Happy New Year.

Really nice. I’m sure it sounds as good as it looks.

Nice Cigar Box Instrument! Where did you get those nice tuners on the tailstock? Nice looking bridge and saddle too!
