Holiday gift made from reclaimed wood. Handle was from a dowel I had lying around. I used a scrap of the pine from the tote for the box joint size. I have a jig for a small size joint but didn’t think it would look right and I didn’t feel like making another jig to have hanging around. So a pencil, combo square, dado set on the table saw, sled, and eyeballing it to make the box joints. Dado for the base. Three coats of polyurethane for the finish.
