This is a utility box that I made for the girlfriend to help her get the extra junk off her dresser :o) Seriously though this is my first pyro box, I was a little leary about making it out of Poplar but I think it came out pretty well all and all. Thanks for looking, and Happy New Year!!!

Great work Jeff. I love the pyro work too. The smoke fumes from this kind of work has put me off doing much of it. Do you have a way of overcoming that? I guess I could try a fan.

Great work! My wife loves dragonflies- I may have to attempt something like this some day. I hope mine ends up half as good as yours.

Beautiful piece of work. Love the box and the burning. You’ve got a great eye for design.

That is a beautiful box. The poplar complements the burning really well. This may be your first pyro box but you’ve got both the boxmaking and the woodburning down pat. VERY nice job here.

Very nice looking box, poplar is a difficult wood to burn but you did very well with it.

Nice, love dragonflies! I spent hours photographing them on the creek.
