I made this Intarsia for my Grandson who took up surfing a while back.

Intarsia is approx. 18” X 27”
Woods used were Cedar and Aspen.

Beautiful Al!! Love the design and the contrast of wood within. Man, this is very impressive!! I notice you have a certain style all your own … is your Intarsia mounted on a painted background, with the writing in paint as well? It’s hard to tell from the photo.

I am imprseed LJs in the USA even know about the Bra boys.
Anyway back to the project

Elaine, I laid the Intarsia on a 30” X 40”, Black poster board to shoot it and then added the lettering, using Photoshop.
