This is a mallet I made for my father in law as a Christmas gift. It came from the red bud tree that we cut down at his house a few months ago. See my other projects for the bowl I turned for my mother in law. Plenty of red bud left for more projects…..

Red Bud…We have it here but never see much made from it. Very nice. I’ll have to save some back.
