This is a toy truck I built for my 3 1/2 year old son for Christmas. The truck comes from the plans of ‘Tremendous Toy Trucks’ and the trailer is from Wood Magazine. Used birch, bloodwood, and walnut. Finish is clear Deft lacquer. The trailer bed is 4” diameter pvc pipe that is cut in half. Toys are always the most fun to build. Plus, my son likes it, too :)

Thanks for looking!

Now that is a Christmas present worth getting! Nice work.
I’m sure it will be treasured because it was crafted by you, instead of a piece of plastic bought somewhere, but made in China.

Great design, I have made several. The book has many neat trucks. You did a great job. These trucks are built tough.
