I got the plans for this from woodcraft , it took longer than I expected to complete and even out of pine was rather expensive to make . I am pleased with the results and it is very comfortable to sit in, the backs of the chairs recline. Now I have to make the foot stools to match. This goes nicely on the back deck. The first time I tried to post this , it double posted so I just removed it, fat fingers strike again.

Nice set Ed

What kind of wood did you use for this project? The reason I am asking my dad is about to make repairs on an old glider, I told him western cedar, looks like in your photo you used PT pine?

Hi Randy , it is pine but not pressure treated just sprayed it with spar varnish, the next one will be in cypress with a few design changes. Thanks for looking.

I have these same plans and was wondering how it went with the paper templets

Thanks Jim and surfside , Earl the paper templets aren’t too bad to work with but at times a third hand would have been useful.
