Well another christmas of wooden gifts has come and gone… Thought I’d share my favorites!

Saw this on a techie website so I ordered a few sets of the “guts” and made some ez mitre veneer boxes for some fun Christmas gifts.

Basically a machine who’s sole purpose is to turn itself off… Flip the switch, a finger raises and flips the switch back off… Simple enough but oddly entertaining.

If you want the mechanical kit or more info here is the site

The best woodworker in the world is the one having the most fun!

I love this thing!

What a fun toy! And a very nicely done box as well.
