My most complicated project yet! A toy box for my nephew! Birch plywood with a red mahogany stain on the outside, oak trim on the edges, and some decorative hardwood across the top and bottom. Brass button screws from my nephews late great grandfather. 3 coats of poly to finish it off and a soft close hinge to make sure he keeps all his fingers intact. Learned a great amount on this project, I had never stained or added a finish until now.

Nice choice of finish which looks great with the trim. Cool and a safe toy box for kids.
