This is my second bandsaw box and now Christmas is over the secret can also be revealed.
It’s a present for my eldest Grandaughter Emma, hench the ‘E’ shape. Like the other box the two drawers have rare earth magnets embedded at right angles to others in the main body of the ‘E” this gives the magic effect of keeping the drawers in line with the face as they are closed.
The wood is Australian cedar.
Two bandsaw boxes were cut out of the one piece of wood so that the grain lines up throughout.
Finished with about 11 coats of wipe on poly.
Thanks for looking.

Another winner. I like your idea of the magnets.
