Balance beam for the neighbor girl to practice on. normally would be 8’ x 4” x 6”. This one is 6’ long to be more reasonable in the living room. This was a quick and realitively simple project. Laminated plywood. Grabbed some oak out of the pile quick run through the band saw and router. Viola.

I was very impressed with the ebonizing, my fist go with this. I was very happy with the way it turned out. I used the vinegar method. Didnt creat a true black but more of a warm brown that had a few different tones in it. I will certainly be using this again.

Good job. Like the color you got.
