This is the buffet portion of a china hutch I am currently building at my wifes request. It is made out of knotty alder with poplar as the secondary wood. Since my shop (1/2 the 2 car garage) is so small I had to finish this portion before I could start on the upper portion.
Thanks

Nice looking buffet. I think something similar to this is going to end up on my todo list sooner rather than later.

Nice work! Working in a small shop can be a real pain. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished project.

Nice job dude. I like that knotty Alder; I’ve done alot of cabinets in Alder, and it works really nicely.
Good looking piece.
