Two more sets, spoons and oven rack pull/push sticks for Sisters….hopefully last ones for this year. Spoons are 17” long, and 3 1/4” at the spoon end.

I like the way you colored them for contrast. I bet if they came from whiskey barrels, they still have ‘bourbon’ smell.

Spoontaneous, thank you, and yes indeed, they were Bourbon barrels 1st, then Wine, and with each cutting, sanding, and carving, the smell of bourbon is quite noticeable. In fact, when outside sanding, in almost each case, a honybee or two comes investigating. The coloration is from the ‘charring’ inside the barrels, and when you carve or sand below the charred part, you get the different shades.
