I just finished this book case today and brought it up to my son’s room before I got a chance to take any decent pictures.

It’s made of hard maple and maple veneered plywood. I styled it with a lot of the same accents as the rest of the furniture I’ve built for my son’s room. I’m afraid I’m going to build a bigger room before I cram any more furniture in there now…

Thanks for looking.

Oh, and I took most of the design ideas from: – I changed a few things around, but I really liked the original too.

Josh you are a very fine craftsman and all of your work is really beautiful. After some 50 years of making things through my woodworking hobby, I am beginning to think I should have pursued engineering like you and my nephew who is a ME with CAT did. I am convinced the math skills an engineer possesses greatly enhances his or her ability to complete projects that include arcs, complex angles and projects that require attention to stress. Even at my old age, I would relish living near you or my nephew so I could learn from you.

All of your designs are excellent and I think you would make the craftsman at Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers envy your work. Keep up the good work.
