My Fire Bowl

Project by TedM posted 563 days ago 595 views 5 times favorited 17 comments Add to Favorites Watch

After I made the Easter Plant Pot that has a band of Padauk around its center I wanted to make a bowl of solid Padauk. Here it is.

It’s 6” in diameter and 2” tall and finished with Ultra Shine and Shellawax.

The combnation of the rich red and orange tones of the Padauk and the polish reminds me of fire.

Ted,

This is beautifully done. This piece is truly inspirational. You did such a good job on the finish and turning.

Thanks for the post.
