This is a Queen size bed built out of cedar. All the joints are mortise and tenion , the curved pieces are bent wood lamination, the slates are dovetailed on each end to hold side boards in place. The head board is 53” tall. I put wood hardner on then finished it off with hand rubbed satin poly. The picture of each pieces is befor the finish was done. It took me around 60 hours to build.

This is some great designing and workmanship! I don’t see bed frames and head and footboards made out of red cedar. More furniture should be made out of this wood. You pulled it off. Good job.
