Frame is made of poplar with wenge pins. Tried to make it look like a medieval door or gate.
I printed the art on a brushed aluminum panel for a metal look.

Great job on the dowels/pins! That really sets this piece off, IMO.

Just a really dark stain and 3 coats of wipe on semi-gloss poly. I didn’t want it to shine. it looks old.
