Joint project with 8 year old grand-daughter. Used Gradma’s cookie cutters for patterns. Cut from 3/16 plywood (SCRAP—I don’t even know where I got it.)

She did most of painting etc. These were cut on that 60 year old Craftsman saw. She did some of the cutting.

We will use ribbon through the small holes to hang them on the tree. Both sides finished; not necessarily exactly alike!

Just acrylic craft paint and doller store glitter glue tubes used for the finish.

What a grandpa, getting your granddaughter our in the shop and letting her make something special. Way to go. She will remember that forever. I hope you showed her this post. She did a wonderful job and you were a great helper :).

Cool little project. May have to borrow next year for my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
