in the first picture you can see that the before pic had no storage on the wall so i cut out the wall and built in a storage closet that measures 48×81. The closet had to stick out into the other room on the other side of the wall so i built a simple book shelf, its what they had there anyways. Bottom vanity is pretty cool because i built a drawer on the bottom of it to maximize the space used. As you can see it was a complete bath reno and im very happy with the results and so are my clients.

Wow! Now that is a big project for us hobbyists. I suspect you are a professional? Or at least should be ;-)

thank you Mike but no pro here. This is my first project like this and i guess im handy and very confident with most things and my clients trust me :)
