Sweets for the sweet

I love doing research for a project. It’s all about inspiration. I don’t need much prodding to sample ice cream sandwiches.

I decided that I made a wooden box, and didn’t want it looking like plastic. I tried several finishes on scraps, here’s the winner.

Walnut and basswood, 4 and 1/2” x 2 and 1/2” tall. Lacquer finish.

-- It must be jelly baby, cause jam don't shake like that...
