walnut slab bench

6’7” long walnut slab bench. the slab leg is tapered in thickness and on the opposite end are two turned legs which are mortised into the top. finish is a mix of blo, turp, and spar varnish.

the slab leg was most mesmerizing to me Mr Grizz.

thank you john…i love working with walnut..ive got my eye on a few tree’s, the yeild would be high…hope your doing well, now im the one having to clean my shop…i learned a big lesson on this last project, and ive got to do much of my sanding outside…i dont have a good sander hooked to a vacuum…so a messy shop i have..take care…and happy holidays..merry christmas…......grizz
