This clock frame is made from Bloodwood with dovetail splines. An old ceiling tin was used for the face of the clock. Finished with 3 coats of general clear coat. I was able to picked up a few of these tiles in different sizes. Its going to be fun making a few of these clocks each one a little different. I would love to get some feedback or any ideas. Thanks

I really like the ceiling tile for the clock face, makes the piece very attractive. Almost like an antique. If the other selections for clock faces are of different shapes, not square, you should come up with some very nice clocks, with some very interesting shapes.
Thanks for showing.

It contradicts yet compliments itself. Very cool.

Nice, NICE clock! Really ingenious. The contrast between the tile and the rest of it is fantastic. What’s holding the tile to the frame?

I like the black pendulum as well as the tile.

A simple clean design, yet novel as well. It’s a good idea. Very nice.

Thanks for all the feedback. I’m trying to finish up another clock today.
