This is japanese roughsmith blade(sorry for my spelling) a Danish knifesmith has made for me. The rest is made in wenge and bronze. The most difficult part was that i had to finish the handle before mounting it,because i wanted the handle alt the way out to the blade. Knife like that use to stop about 20mm from the neck but i dont like that.
The rough blade is perfekt for fine slices since nothing stick to it.
Hope you like it ;)

Excellent! As man who spent some hours on kitchen I would like to have someone to replace my Henckels knives!
