I made these treasure chests out of 16mm MDF. Using a router and a very cheap router table.
Finished it with blue emulsion paint, pre made stencils and then laquer. First woodwork project ever completed. If u would call MDF wood.

Of course it’s wood. There is a lot of it used. I just wish i could find a way to make my own with the sawdust I generate. Nice looking chests.
