I’m still working with my stash of wine barrel wood, trying out some different ideas. On this one I took some .25” steel rod and wrapped it around bottles to form the “pig-tails” then drilled through the stave and welded tabs on the backside to keep the rod from spinning. Finished with a honey stain/poly mix and paste wax.
