Bowl I made for my Mom’s 90th birthday party. I wanted a special wood so I bought this “Flame” Maple. The wood is absolutely gorgeous. Still have enough left over for another bowl. I had someone else do the laser engraving to commemorate the event.

It looks great, the wood is awesome, and the engraving looks really well done too.

It’s about 9 inches in diameter.

That maple looks great and your sanding/finishing is immaculate. I love the engraving… I’ll have to get it done someday.

Thanks for the nice comments. Mom got the bowl already and likes it.

Jarod, I’m in CO, but I’m not always sure where… :)

Beautiful! Seriously, that is a gorgeous bowl. It appears to be quite thin. How thick are the walls? Also curious about your finish?
