I have been meaning to build a Crosscut Sled for some time now. I recently found a video by Marc Spagnolo – aka The Wood Whisperer, and I built this. I still need to add a guard and a couple of other gadgets. I waxed the runners and she is smooth as silk. Marc’s tips about adjusting it made it easy to get it cutting square! It fits nicely under the outfeed table.
Now, I need to build a new Panel Sled and a tapering jig.
Thanks for looking!
John

I need to do this too…I started a few times, but kept trying to make “The ULTIMATE sled” and screwing it up. Nice job!
