Doll cradle

Project by dataman posted 570 days ago 215 views 1 time favorited 2 comments Add to Favorites Watch

Here is a doll cradle I built with some very basic tools for our daughter. Some 30 years later she still has it and our granddaughter is now having fun with it!
It is made from pine and a jig saw, hand drill, some glue and lots of sanding and poly to seal it up. Everything is dowled into place. No nails or screws where used.

What a great project. It will be interesting to see how many generations will get enjoyment from this.

This is a nice project. It still looks new. Obviously this is a reflection of the craftmanship that went into the original construction.

Well done.
