Here is a couple of boxes made from scrap wood. The lids are padauk and the panels are cedar fence boards :) I know…strange combo, right? The light is playing tricks on the lids, but I was really pleased with how they came out. Once again, I glued theses to the ceiling for the photos:)
Happy Thanksgiving lumberjocks!

How do you get them to sit upside down without falling off?

Boxes look good.

Might practice that camera thing though :-)

Oh Monte, you are so suttle … ;)
These are good looking boxes, nice tight miters and I like the rounding touch, I do this to alot of my boxes.
I don’t know if it is the camera angle or not but it appears that the top is gloss finished and the body is satin finished. Cool, I have one under construction that will be finished that way.

Okay. So WHO took my Picture off & why? It was with My Comment above.

I downloaded your #1 Picture, ran it through a small Editor I have, flipped it, cleaned it up, Bordered it etc.

As a Compliment to your work. Did I upset someone or just ANOTHER Unexplained CENSORING of one of my Posts by ”Whoever”?

Thank you for your compliments gentlemen!
Rick, thank you for taking your time and trying to post an edited picture; I appreciate your effort. I’m not sure what happened to your picture… Maybe the same phantom that keeps inverting my pics:). I would be grateful if you tried to post it again.

I actually “Deleted” then from my Computer after I had Posted them last time.

However . Given your Very Gracious Request ….it is my Pleasure to do so.

They aren’t as clear as I’d like but that depends on the Initial Quality of the Picture.

So. My Friend. This are it …. ;-}
