A friend of mine asked if I could build a desk that his wife found on a website made from 2×4s. They wanted the same basic design just “spruced up” to make it look nicer since it would be in their family room for kids to do homework on. This is what we ended up with. Pine with poly clear.

I’m not a big fan of pine, with that said this is beautiful! You have made this table really stand out and highlight the grain of the wood. The details on the edges and color really show this off. Great table and a real nice job making pine look beautuful. I’m sure they love this!!! A+
