The first pipe I’ve ever made. I have always thought manzanita would make a good pipe, being such hard wood and that cool two-tone color effect.

Wow, that is really cool. I plan to get some manzanita this winter in Tucson. That is a beautiful wood and beautiful finish you have on it!! Thanks for sharing!!..............Jim

Thank you all for the encouragement, I was a bit timid to post this one. Pipe making is an art that I know little to nothing about, just thought I’d give it a try.Sorry Murch, don’t really smoke much. It may be a while before I find out.
