While my wife probably thinks I’m nuts…I made this multi-feature target for my son’s
nerf dart guns. (IMO, the ones offered in the store stink!) So, this version, made from workshop scraps, has three fun features:

1) Two plexiglass inserts fit into channels routed down the side of the frame. These sandwich pictures
of anything on hand…a bullseye, a scary monster, a politician…you name it. The plexi allows
the darts to stick – which is what kids want to see happen!

2) A multi size hole drilled piece of hardboard slips in another channel in front of the plexi offering the
shooter the challenge of hitting the plexi and sticking the dart in a hole…this is a challenge – but fun.

3) Two hinged pieces on either end allow one to stand an army figure, angry bird doll, or action figure
on it…it topples when the hinged piece is hit – that takes a sniper’s shot!

So take aim and maybe make one of these for the young marksman in your house! My son and I have
had a “blast” with it!

I like it, as I am sure your boy does.

Ever tried one of the crossbows? We got one for my son last year at Dick’s Sporting Goods. That thing shoots fast and accurate for a foam flinger!
