Buckeye’s that is…

A co-worker of my wife is moving south. So, Karen wanted to give her a good bye present that gave a reminder of Ohio. Thus the two pens.

She decided on the diamond wood version. That one is of course diamond wood top with a maple bottom dye scarlet. Black Ti Euro. I’m going to attempt to do another one just like it except I’m putting an OSU Buckeye emblem/decal. I think I might do a tutorial on it… the dye aspect?

Well done Kerux. I agree on the vote for a tutorial.

Thanks for the post.

Cool. I wish I had a lathe. It is one thing that I definitely want to get in the future because it would be so cool to make pens and bowls.

Hey Fireman,

That’s what college sports is all about, if you can’t make or take a dig, get out of the game.

Post note: She loved it. And I’ve got orders for more at $50 each from others who had seen it at the fair well party.

Wow, I’m amazed, I just never thought of anyone making pens let alone nice ones like these.
