I was inspired by a fellow lumberjock on here, unfortunately can’t remember they’re name, so I hope they don’t mind me using they’re design as inspiration!
but apart from the legs (2×4) I made the whole top from a pallet, detailed, filled, planed, sanded, handcut and sanded some more… then some more… and you know the rest!!
I then finished the “orange” sections with an interior stain/varnish, and.the dark brown parts with and exterior stain. (hey it was all I could get hold of)
but I was quite happy with the outcome.
all comments are welcome :)

thanks for looking.

I have a few pallets waiting to be converted into something useful. My son and daughter-in-law are building a new home now, and I am inspired by your project to build them a nice pallet coffee table as a house warming gift. I will probably get some dropoffs from their wood floor installation and use them as the center part, so the table and floor look like they belong together.

Thanks for posting your project, and for providing the inspiration!

Turned out great. It doesn’t look like pallets. Excellent job.

I did one similar to yours out of pallets too. I like the color and the frame that the top was attached to on yours.
