I keep trying new things and I was really pleased with the look and function of this ‘wavy’ board.
The slight lip is great for cutting a roast into even thin slices for jerky. Set your roast on the board, lay a long blade across the raised edges and cut slice after slice. Every slice is even and perfect for jerky and the raised edges hold all the juice for easy clean up.
