Nice work, nice bins.
Next time you might want to take into account that storing taters and onions together is a NoNO. Onions come to us after a drying period, hence the outer paper is dry. When you store them with potatoes they spoil faster. Potatoes are very wet by comparison. Maybe two bins one for each. I store mine separated by a few feet.
