This is my CrossCut Sled.
I also have miter attachments, and stop blocks.
It is precise to…? I dunno what .000 but it cuts wood at a PERFECT (as far as my square can see) 90
And I have miter attachments (pics tomorrow) that work just excellent.
The 4 slots routed into the sled are “T” slots for the attachments.
I got this from YouTube called the “SuperSled”, I didn’t copy the miter attach’s because I found no need for a extender arm to exceed 20”.
The sled is 1/2” MDF…Fence is 1 1/2” 100 yr old Douglas Fir; from massive 12”x12” beam re-purposed, Jointed properly.
Dimensions available.

That looks like it will take sledding to a whole new level!

Thanks Bill,
yea I had this huge ole hook, so I popped a hole in the sled, and hang-a-rooskie, lol
I spent 3-4 tries to get the fence and a 90 degree PERFECT cut, finally got it after many new holes underneath the sled adjusting fence, HA

Nice sled. My Super Sled also has a fence made of really old Doug Fir from my dad’s barn. That old growth fir reclaimed from old structures seems very stable.

Monster Sled sounds more appropriate!
