This is what I call the benchtop organizer I just built to organize part of crowdy benchtops of my workshop. My first thought was to build a single unit and then I came up with the idea of stacking several to act as shelving as well. I love the small drawers to store related parts and accessories and the fact the casings can be set up side down.

This project being meant to sit close to a window, I used white Melamine for its light reflection faculty.

It had to be shared! (and copied of coarse)

Nice job on the tool organizer! I’m sure it will be handy to have more storage space in the shop!

Hello Serge

A nice organizer with beautiful drawers

You have a little place on the left to put more drawers !!!!

You can add some separators in the drawers. Just an idea ….

Another really nice idea as usual

Thanks for sharing

Neat organizer, we all need a bit of that. I made mine wall mounted to keep as much flat space as posible. It seems that I always pile more stuff on my bench … White is a nice as a light reflector, as we get older we need more light … Hrumph.
I like the drawers close at hand the best.

Thank you all guys for your comments.

@Grumpymike: I like your idea about mounting it on the wall. I’ll try to find a way. Thanks.

@Diggerjacks: The free space on the left is room for the doors of my wall cabinet to open Too bad!

Best,

Serge
